Sap to Syrup Stats
We have quite a history of syrup making, from 1995’s total of 7.5 gallons of syrup, to our record year 2008 of 83.5 gallons of syrup. Keeping records has always been fun, and we can look back to see the similar seasons. There is no tracking weather vs syrup outcome, it is ever changing!
