Maple Mountain Pancakes
Everyone loves Maple Mountain pancakes. I am often asked how I make them so good. Well, it is a very basic and simple recipe. The trick to the good pancake is the great syrup! For sure Adams Maple Mountain syrup rates on top for all of our family and friends. Here is the pancake recipe I love the most:
2 Cups Bisquick
2 Eggs
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup Milk
Whisk together until blended, do not beat. Let batter set a few minutes and rest (it’s tired from all that whisking). Fry on a non-stick griddle at 400 degrees until set (1-2 minutes). Flip and let cook additional 1-2 minutes until baked through. Do not beat them with the pancake turner (this is for Mark). Also do not flip more than one time. These will be light and fluffy and so delicious!
